Our Team
Andy Nickerson
Andrew came to Wide Voice, LLC in August 2014 with 13 years of experience as an independent consultant to application providers, financial institutions, and carriers interested in expanding their business to the global communications industry. Most recently, Andrew spearheaded carrier partnerships and business development initiatives for Skype and Microsoft. In addition, he was the CFO of a VoIP service provider startup that served customers like AT&T, Sprint, Vodafone and Telefonica.
Andrew earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Santa Clara University and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School of Business. In his spare time he enjoys training for, and competing in triathlons.

Tandy Decosta
Ms. DeCosta is a co-founder of Wide Voice, LLC and serves as Director of Telephony Services. Ms. DeCosta handles all aspects of day-to-day operations.
Ms. DeCosta is responsible for all day-to-day operations of Wide Voice, LLC, including regulatory, CLEC build out, traffic engineering and network planning. From 2004 to 2010 Ms DeCosta was Director of Translations at CommPartners, LLC handling LCR routing, traffic engineering, SS7 and network engineering and build out. From 1999 to 2004 Ms. DeCosta worked at US West Wireless as a Tier 5 support in their Advanced Technical Assistance Center, as well as handling routing/translations in DMS and 5ESS switches. From 1991 to 1999 Ms. DeCosta worked at GTE Mobilnet (now Verizon), in Hawaii, handling RF engineering as well as cell site management and troubleshooting. From 1986 to 1991 Ms. DeCosta worked for Honolulu Cellular (now AT&T wireless), handling day to day complex translations and traffic engineering as well as facility design. From 1984-1986 Ms. DeCosta worked for Rochester Telephone Hawaii, working on installation and translations of large PBX systems, including automatic call distribution (ACD) and class five features.

Erla Erlingsdottir
Ms. Erlingsdottir joined Wide Voice, LLC in 2013 to help manage their CLEC build out to all 50 states.
Ms. Erlingsdottir is responsible for managing and implementing all facets of the 50 state CLEC build out for Wide Voice, LLC. Prior to joining the company Ms. Erlingsdottir worked at Level3 Communications from January 2009 to August 2013 as a Product Manager as well as a Senior Software Engineer, handling all routing and costing functions, including updating production environments. From October 2004 to January 2009 Ms. Erlingsdottir worked at CommPartners handling routing, LNP, SS7, trunk builds and other switch build out provisioning. From April 2001 to October 2004 Ms. Erlingsdottir worked at Qwest Wireless, as a Wireless Translations Engineer, handling routing, technical support and product design for the CO region, until Qwest Wireless decided to outsource their network to Sprint. From October 1999 to April 2001 Ms. Erlingsdottir worked at ICG Communications as a Complex Translations Engineer, handling switch routing and trunk builds, as well as provisioning process improvements. From March 1998 to October 1999 Ms. Erlingsdottir worked at TCG/AT&T Local Services, learning customer service, order fulfillment and finally becoming a translator in their DMS and 5ESS switches. Also handled training other teams on provisioning processes.

Becky Prince
Ms. Prince manages the day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
Ms. Prince is responsible for all day-to-day accounting and finance operations of Wide Voice, LLC, including financial accounting and reporting, cash flow management, regulatory reporting, business forecasting, and management reporting and analysis. From 2001 to 2018 Ms. Prince worked in the international freight forwarding industry in various roles with experience in private and public financial reporting, financial systems, and accounting. From 1995 to 2001 Ms. Prince worked in the vitamin manufacturing industry in various roles within the general accounting, reporting, and financial analysis departments. From 1992 to 1995 Ms. Prince worked in the hospitality industry in various roles within the accounting and reporting departments. Ms. Prince earned an MBA from California State University, Long Beach.
